We are not only produce the standard product, like solid carbide rods blanks, polished carbide rods in tolerance h6, carbide rods with single straight hole, two straight holes and also the carbide rods with spiral holes. Also, we can produce the carbide rods based on your designs. For example, chamfer on the ends, half round rods or make threads inside and outside, we have rich experience on making customized carbide parts.

All product will go through inspection at least by 3 times:
Material checking: Use the same batch of material, to make carbide pieces to test the compositions and mechanical properties, like density, hardness, bending strength, Cobalt Magnetism, etc.
Semi product checking: Main checking the
Final product checking: Check all data and compare to the target sample we made.
Also check all dimensions and surface finishing.
