Application For Solid Carbide Disc Knives:
Eastern carbide manufactures both industry standard and non-standard tungsten carbide circular cutting knives and discs.
We have special grade for cutting the paper, tobacco, rubber, fibre and metals, our specialised equipment enables us to manufacture discs from 12mm to 300 mm in diameter with a thickness range of 0.6 mm to 4.5 mm.

All product will go through inspection at least by 3 times:
Material checking: Use the same batch of material, to make carbide pieces to test the compositions and mechanical properties, like density, hardness, bending strength, Cobalt Magnetism, etc.
